Have purchased Fantasia fans before as they are always efficient and quiet. This one was exactly the same, quiet and very powerful, have been using non stop through this heat wave and have only had on number 1 which is enough to keep us cool at night.

This is a quality product: strong (dimmable) light and effective (quiet) cooling. Not as easy to fit as other Fantasia fans, or as stylish as my Viper, but excellent value for money. Great service from the supplier: I’ve used them before, and will use again.

Initially the Nickel finish fan was supplied in error, instead of the white, but the customer support was excellent. The nickel fan was collected the next morning and the correct fan arrived shortly after. Fitting wasn't complex, but it was hard work; this is a large fan and no light weight, I did the work on my own but an extra pair of hands will be useful for the final lift to the ceiling. I took our old fan down in the morning and fitted the new fan in the afternoon. The fan is quiet , the remote control switches easily between speeds and controls the LED light intensity. The light is switched off by double clicking the light control, next time the light is switched on, it lights at the last intensity setting.

This is an excellent quality product. It is quiet, smooth running and does everything I expected a ceiling fan to do. I would warn buyers that if you use the rod supplied to fit to the usual 8 ft 6 ins ceiling it hangs down rather low. I had to remove it and fit flush to the ceiling. This was definitely a two person fitting job due to the weight and meant that the long electrical connecting wires had to be cut in order for them to fit into the ceiling fitting. The light is very bright perhaps too much so for a bedroom. All of this however doesn’t stop me from giving 5 stars.

Fan fitted in our south facing conservatory. Fitted by our builder within 90 mins incl a supporting bracket into aluminium structure, Very pleased with how quiet it is, and powerful (3 speeds). Looks stylish and is a substantial item. Would recommend. Delivery was next day. Staff were very helpful when we deciding which fan to purchase.

I ordered this ceiling fan for my bedroom, I was replacing it for one with LED light, have to say was very impressed with how bright the LED lighten is, very quiet on all settings , the only thing am not happy with is the remote control is black, white would of been better to go with my bedroom, item was delivered within 24 hrs , very impressed with that, would recommend.

This fan is great the LED bulbs make it lovely and bright it’s so quiet and the remote control is fab I have 3 Fantasia fans in my house and they are all so quiet just great

Had a Fantasia for 13 years and stopped going on high this summer. Wanted another Fantasia so went for the LED Neptune. Great value can’t fault the fan even has full remote controls. Was a bit fiddly to assemble I think but up and running fine.

I'm a happy returning customer. I was so surprised how quickly the fan arrived, as I ordered over a Bank Holiday period. The fan is wonderful. I bought 2 others from you two years ago. They are still going strong with no problems at all. This new fan is a birthday gift for my granddaughter who fell in love with my fans. They are perfect for our south facing bedrooms in my bungalow where leaving window open at night time is not an option.

This fantasia ceiling fan is a solid, quality item and makes a great addition to any room. The Ceiling Fan Website is user friendly and has some lovely items. The service and delivery received was excellent.

Fan is very good quality and runs virtually silently on all speeds. Remembers the last speed when the power is switched off and back on so good for wiring through wall switch too. LED light is nice a bright and good enough for a 20sqm room.

Very heavy to fit but once it's up it runs quietly and is a very solid, well engineered product. Very pleased so far - hopefully it will sustain it's value through the years.
